Over the past few weeks, some customers using Hidemium with Rotating Residential Proxies experienced an issue that temporarily prevented the Proxy feature in the Hidemium application from working as expected. We understand that this disruption may have affected the daily work and overall experience of many customers.

On behalf of the entire Hidemium team, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also want to thank all customers for their patience, trust, and valuable feedback while our technical team worked to resolve the issue.

🎉 Rotating Residential Proxies Return on July 27

Following a comprehensive process of infrastructure upgrades, testing, and optimization, the Rotating Residential Proxy feature in the Hidemium application will officially resume on Monday, July 27, 2026.

The Hidemium team has made several improvements to the infrastructure and system to provide a more stable, efficient, and reliable service for all users.

Subscription Extension for Affected Customers

To protect the interests of our customers, Hidemium will automatically extend the subscription period for eligible accounts that were affected while the Rotating Residential Proxy service was unavailable.

The extension policy is as follows:

✅ To compensate for the service interruption, Hidemium will automatically add 30 days of usage to customers who are using a Rotating Residential Proxy package and whose subscription expiration date is later than July 6, 2026.

✅ The extension will be processed automatically through the system. Customers do not need to submit a request or contact the support team. The updated subscription period will be reflected directly in eligible accounts as soon as possible.

If your account has not been updated after the extension process is completed, please contact Hidemium Support for a prompt review and further assistance.

Our Commitment to Improving the Service

This incident has given us an opportunity to review our system and continue investing in both infrastructure and operational processes. Moving forward, Hidemium will keep improving service quality, strengthening system monitoring, and optimizing performance to deliver a more stable and reliable experience for our customers.

Thank You for Continuing to Support Hidemium

We understand that customer trust is built through service quality and transparency in the way we handle unexpected issues. That is why Hidemium remains committed to continuously improving the experience we provide to our community.

Once again, we sincerely thank all customers for your patience, understanding, and continued support throughout this period.

We look forward to welcoming you back to a more stable Proxy experience starting July 27! 🚀
